Focus_Off_Self

Nightmares, fears, forebodings, all seem to disappear when you take the focus off your self and what you fear. Becoming simply a ‘conscious observer’, navigating your way through life through your heart – free from thinking of your self as a victim (or villain). This may be necessary to uproot yourself from the cycles of suffering, and begin to move in a new direction… a better feeling one.
