I woke up with my mind caught by negative past experiences. I wondered…do we really need to address and heal our past in order to move on freely from it…will it always resurface to haunt us if we don’t? A brief ‘soul communication’ of sorts to address this…
Does the past need to be resolved in order to move freely onwards from it?
Does the past need to be resolved before we can go on?
Does a cut in the stem of a plant need to be resolved before the plant can keep growing?
There is a ‘patch up’—the plant uses its resources to patch itself up in order to maintain its stability and ability to grow strong. The plant senses it needs to do this.
Does the plant stop growing while this is happening?
The inner urge of the plant keeps moving forward, while the patching up is occurring(!?)
Either way, the plant heals itself and moves on.
How do ‘we’ heal past wounds—wounds that keep drawing us back to the past?
Acknowledging that it happened. Seeking the truth of why it happened. Realising why it happened—allowing the light of understanding to grow and fill all the dark spaces. Letting compassion and forgiveness to flow in and wash all the debris‘s away.
How ‘do’ you seek the truth?
By opening your heart to desiring the truth. Your focused will and intention to know the truth, shall draw it nearer to you. Prayer and meditation…sincere prayer and meditation to know the truth…to receive the answer.
Yes, you need to ask the right questions, in order to receive the right answers.
Happy seeking!
